✔ How do I track my order ?

✔ Can I cancel or change my order ?

Orders can only be adjusted if the item(s) have not been picked up by the carrier.
Once orders have been sent out for shipment(s), we cannot cancel or adjust any orders.
(Please carefully review measurements before purchasing any products.)

✔ How can I return a product?

Items in new condition and returned within 30 days (delivered date) will receive a refund (via same payment method) or exchange for credit in-store. "New condition" is defined as undamaged, unused, and unopened.

✔ How long will it take to get my package?

Orders may take up to 3-5 days to be delivered after order placement.

✔ Do you provide any warranty?

Most stainless steel sinks sold by HouseDepotUSA are warranted for the lifetime of the original purchaser, as long as he/she owns the home it was originally installed in. This includes rusting, warpage, staining, burning, cracking, discoloration, and any other defect due to workmanship or material failure. Warranty varies based on brand.
