✔ Can I cancel or change my order ?

Orders can only be adjusted if the items have not been picked up for shipment.
Once orders have been sent out for shipment, we cannot cancel or adjust any order.
(Please carefully review measurements before purchasing any products.)

✔ How can I return a product?

Items in new condition and returned within 10 days(delivered date) will receive
a refund or exchange. New condition is defined as undamaged and unused.
Our product specialists will carefully inspect the condition of the product(s) before shipment.

✔ How long will it take to get my package?

Orders usually take 2-3 days to be shipped to the customer.

✔ Do you provide any warranty?

All stainless steel sinks sold by House Depot USA are warranted for the lifetime
of the original purchaser, as long as he/she owns the home it was originally installed
in. This includes rusting, warpage, staining, burning, cracking, discoloration, and any
other defect due to workmanship or material failure.
